We are seeking a commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and marketing execution across Australia and New Zealand. This hands-on role focuses on driving measurable pipeline growth, booked demos and revenue impact through high-performing digital campaigns, content and events.
Responsibilities
Execute demand generation campaigns across paid, organic and account-based marketing channels to generate qualified pipeline and booked demos.
Create and launch marketing assets including landing pages, ad creatives, case studies and campaign content.
Deliver webinars, industry events and partner campaigns that contribute directly to pipeline growth.
Manage marketing performance in HubSpot, ensuring accurate reporting across MQLs, SQLs, lead attribution and campaign ROI.
Optimise website pages, conversion funnels and digital campaigns to improve engagement and lead generation.
Qualifications
4+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or high-growth environments.
Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot for campaign execution, workflow automation and pipeline reporting.
Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline through digital marketing campaigns.
Strong copywriting, content creation and campaign execution skills.
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, webinar platforms and design tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe).
Highly organised with strong analytical and performance marketing capabilities.
