Job Title: Content & Social Media Specialist
Location: Sydney 

We are seeking a Content & Social Media Specialist to create, manage, and optimise content across key social media platforms. This role focuses on strengthening brand visibility, driving engagement, and supporting wider marketing initiatives through creative, strategic, and community-led content.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Produce digital assets, including short-form video content.
• Develop and implement partnership ideas such as giveaways, promotions, and collaborations.
• Work with external agencies to deliver social media advertising campaigns.
• Provide monthly analytics reports and performance insights.
• Plan and execute social-first campaigns aligned with major marketing activities.
• Manage community engagement and grow social media followings.
• Co-ordinate photo shoots and brand activations.
• Collaborate on creative concepts supporting marketing campaigns.
• Manage influencer, ambassador, and UGC partnerships.
• Adhere to workplace safety, company policies, and professional standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media content creation and management.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut).
• Ability to analyse performance metrics and report insights.
• Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
