Job Title: eCommerce Specialist

We are seeking a talented eCommerce Specialist for a 12-month maternity leave contract. This role supports the ongoing growth of the digital channel and helps deliver an exceptional online customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support online merchandising and deliver a best-in-class customer journey.
• Develop and monitor CRO experiments, analyse results, and present insights.
• Deliver digital projects including UX improvements, platform updates, and new website features.
• Manage external development teams to brief, test, and deploy updates.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams on campaigns and launches.
• Maintain and improve website content and page builds.
• Use personalisation tools and CDPs to optimise customer journeys.
• Report and follow up on website bugs or issues.
• Analyse site performance using Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support major development projects and manage internal support tickets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an eCommerce role.
• Experience with A/B testing and personalisation tools.
• Knowledge of Shopify Plus and CMS platforms such as Prismic.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Basecamp).
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident team player with the ability to multitask and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with CDP or CRM systems is highly regarded.
• Understanding of agile project management.
• Ability to provide a clean, current Police Check.
