The role
Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for

• Providing strategic HR support and partner with leaders across the business
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from assisting with recruitment to performance and talent management
• Drive organisational development, engagement, and learning initiatives
• Support workforce planning, remuneration reviews, and succession planning
• Ensure compliance, manage WorkCover/WorkSafe matters, and promote a strong H&S culture
• Lead HR projects that enhance people experience and business performance

How can I tell if this role is for me?

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources preferred.
• Extensive experience working in a Human Resources Business Partnering role.
• High level of Business Acumen.
• Persuading and influencing skills – gaining agreement, negotiating, persuading, promoting ideas, managing conflict.
• A strong sense of urgency – the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced distributed network.
• A natural ability to build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to act with integrity and ethics, ensuring equal opportunities, using diversity, considering community and environment.
• Motivated, resilient, and self-driven.
