The Role - Make your mark on Victoria 

This is a high-impact, autonomous position within our National Accounts team. Based in Melbourne, you'll travel throughout Victoria — developing new opportunities, forging deep relationships, and closing deals that evolve into long-term partnerships across the electrical and industrial sectors. You report directly to the National Accounts Manager.
Your key responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and generate high-value account prospects across Victoria
• Build relationships fast and convert prospects into signed sales agreements
• Deliver genuine, solution-focused value that transforms how customers operate
• Collaborate with your team to craft tailored, first-class proposals that win
• Negotiate and close opportunities that become lasting customer partnerships
• Maintain deep knowledge of our products, solutions, and market positioning
• Stay sharp on industry developments and the competitive landscape

About  you 
We're looking for a driven, commercially savvy sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. Here's what you bring:

• Tenacious sales professional with major account management experience
• Collaborative team player who drives outcomes and rallies around shared goals
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Sharp commercial acumen — you spot opportunities and add measurable value
• Self-driven and autonomous — you create your own momentum
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools
