Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Storeperson to join our busy and fast‑paced store.

Accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to process compliance are essential to ensure the efficient movement, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, check, and process incoming stock and deliveries.
• Perform precise picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders with zero‑error expectation.
• Maintain organised and clean warehouse areas, ensuring safe and efficient workflow.
• Conduct stock replenishment and rotation following store procedures.
• Perform regular stocktakes and cycle counts with high accuracy.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely (valid licences required).
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure adherence to all company processes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Assist customers and internal teams with stock queries in a professional manner.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Storeperson in a busy warehouse or trade/industrial store.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Solid understanding of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and documentation.
• Competent computer skills (stock systems, RF scanners, basic data entry).
• Current forklift licence (LF/LO) preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
