Solution Architect - Contact Centre
 
The role 
  
A great opportunity for a seasoned Contact Centre Architect to own the technical delivery of a major enterprise re-platforming programme. Executive-backed, high visibility, and well underway.

You will be the specialist in a team of senior architects, bringing deep platform knowledge to how these systems connect, migrate seamlessly, and decommission effectively.

What you will do

• Own the contact centre architecture across the full migration lifecycle
• Design integration, cut-over, and stabilisation strategy
• Drive decommissioning 
• Operate with full autonomy - identify gaps and bridge them proactively
• Confident presenting and articulating decisions at senior governance forums

   What You Need

• Hands-on experience with Genesys or Amazon Connect - both is a strong advantage
• Enterprise-scale contact centre migration experience
• A strong understanding of the technical complexity of moving networks at enterprise scale
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and governance forums

Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)
Term: 6 months initially
Daily rate: 1100.00 including Super
