Conversational AI Designer | Contract | Melbourne | Hybrid
 
An ASX-listed organisation is transforming customer interactions at scale, modernising their contact centre platform and building the conversational AI capabilities to sit across it.
 
As the Conversational AI Designer you will sit within the AI squad, working alongside the Product Owner and engineering team to ensure every AI assisted interaction meets the highest standards of tone, quality, reliability and trust.
 
The Role

• Setting the standard for tone, quality, reliability and trust across all AI assisted interactions
• Optimising dialogue flows and orchestration in close collaboration with the engineering team
• Defining and tracking quality and evaluation criteria across all conversational touchpoints
• Ensuring experience and automation outcomes are being delivered to the expected standard
• Working alongside the Product Owner to keep conversation design aligned with the broader product vision

 
What We Are Looking For

• A background in conversation design, service design or UX design
• Hands-on experience delivering AI centric use cases, whether customer facing or internal facing
• Strong understanding of dialogue flows, orchestration and what makes AI interactions perform well at scale
• Comfortable working alongside engineering teams in a fast-moving agile environment
• Experience working within financial services is strongly preferred. Strong candidates from other industries with relevant conversational AI design experience are encouraged to apply
