As the driving force behind our client’s airport business expansion, you'll be the bridge between our client and the aviation industry's top players. Picture yourself forging powerful partnerships with airports, airlines, contractors, and consultants. Our client has already secured multiple high profile and large projects and you will be instrumental in solving technical challenges on this growing team.
The Software Project Liaison builds the bridge between the local customers and the central software project execution development center. You will be in close contact with the local customers and can discuss and clarify software related requirements with the customer and authorities and convey these requirements to the software project execution team for further discussion and clarification. The Software Project Liaison can also help manage collaboration with local partners on the project as well as collaboration with the regional team and the team on-site. This applies specifically to the planning and specification phase of the projects but also during commissioning, handover and go-live as well as in the hyper care phase. When in operation, the Software Project Liaison can also support Customer Support in dialogues with the customer when it comes modernization programs etc.
The Liaison can also solve specific documentation tasks that require local knowledge or close contact to local authorities.
Given the technical nature of the solutions and customer discussions, the role requires a general good understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines as well as a solid understanding of software development and external interfacing.
