We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations, business development, and team leadership within a growing civil and infrastructure business. This is an opportunity to join a company with strong industry relationships and long-term projects already secured.
 
What you'll be doing

• Leading and mentoring regional project teams to deliver safely, on time, and within budget
• Driving growth across the region by developing new client relationships and expanding existing ones
• Overseeing P&L and ensuring the branch achieves financial and operational targets
• Building a strong safety and performance culture across the workforce
• Reporting directly to senior leadership and contributing to national strategy

What we're looking for

• Proven leadership experience in civil, construction, or infrastructure at a regional/operations manager level
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and deliver results
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work both strategically and hands-on when needed
• A genuine leader who values culture, safety, and long-term success
