We’re partnering with a well-established, privately-owned civil construction company that’s delivering some of the NT’s most exciting infrastructure projects — and they’re searching for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and overseeing multiple projects at once
• Mentoring and supporting QA/Project Engineers
• Managing procurement, subcontractors and resources
• Providing technical input on design specifications
• Driving tender submissions: take-offs, cost breakdowns, written components
• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships

What You’ll Bring

• A Civil Engineering degree with proven experience in civil construction
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Strength in planning, problem-solving, and communication
• Proficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD/survey equipment experience is a plus)
