As part of the STH team delivering the Men's Rugby World Cup 2027 Experiences Programme, we are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the growing Sydney office.
 
ROLE SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Head of Stakeholder Servicing, you will lead the planning and delivery of stakeholder programmes for the Men's Rugby World Cup 2027 Experiences Programme. Working closely with commercial partners, suppliers and internal teams, you will ensure seamless programme delivery, exceptional guest experiences and strong stakeholder relationships throughout the event lifecycle.
 
Responsibilities include:

• Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders, partners and suppliers.
• Deliver premium stakeholder experiences while supporting commercial outcomes.
• Lead the planning and delivery of stakeholder programmes from concept through to event delivery.
• Develop operational plans, manage timelines and proactively mitigate risks.
• Monitor programme performance, budgets and continuous improvement initiatives.

 
ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking an experienced stakeholder or account management professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-profile event environments. You will bring:  

• Experience managing complex stakeholder, client or partner programmes.
• Strong project management and operational planning capability.
• Outstanding relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of delivering value for key partners.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Experience within major events, sport, hospitality, tourism or premium customer experiences will be highly regarded.
