As part of the STH team delivering the Men's Rugby World Cup 2027 Experiences programme in Australia, we are looking for a highly motivated Customer Relations Executive to join the growing Sydney office.
 
ROLE SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience, supporting customers from post-purchase through to event delivery. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer enquiries across phone, email and digital channels.
• Delivering clear and timely customer communications.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM data.
• Supporting reporting and analysing customer feedback and trends.
• Working with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve customer enquiries.
• Identifying appropriate upselling and upgrade opportunities.
• Supporting customer service delivery during live events.
• Contributing to process improvements across the customer journey.

 
ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking a proactive, organised and solutions-focused customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will bring:  

• Customer Service Experience - Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication - Confident and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Organisation Skills - Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• CRM Experience - Experience using CRM systems and maintaining customer records.
• Reporting & Data Skills - Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, with experience supporting reporting and data analysis.
• Customer-First Mindset - A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Passion for Sport & Major Events - Beneficial but not essential.
