As part of the STH team delivering the Men's Rugby World Cup 2027 Experiences programme in Australia, we are seeking an experienced Event Delivery Manager (Food & Beverage) to join the Sydney office.
 
ROLE SUMMARY:
You will play a key role in delivering premium hospitality food and beverage experiences across the Men's Rugby World Cup 2027 Experiences programme. Key responsibilities include:
 

• Developing and implementing F&B operational plans across multiple venues.
• Leading F&B operations during live events to ensure safe and seamless delivery.
• Driving high-quality hospitality service standards and guest experiences.
• Managing catering suppliers and venue partners against quality, cost and sustainability requirements.
• Coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure aligned event delivery.
• Managing F&B budgets and identifying opportunities to optimise operational costs.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, WHS and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting sustainability initiatives, innovation and continuous improvement.

 
ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking an experienced, solutions-focused event delivery professional with a strong background in food and beverage operations. You will bring:
 

• Food & Beverage Experience - Catering, hospitality and service delivery experience.
• Event Delivery Expertise - Proven experience delivering large-scale events in complex or multi-venue environments.
• Supplier Management - Experience managing suppliers and venue partners.
• Operational Planning - Proven ability to plan and deliver efficient event operations.
• Commercial Acumen - Experience managing budgets and operational costs.
• Problem Solving & Resilience - A solutions-focused approach and ability to perform under pressure.
• Major Event Experience - Experience within stadium, multi-venue or major sporting events would be advantageous.
• Passion for Sport & Major Events - Beneficial but not essential.
