In February 2025, STH Group proudly opened their Sydney offices to oversee Men's Rugby World Cup Experiences 2027 in partnership with World Rugby. Through this collaboration, STH will deliver premium fan experiences for Rugby World Cup 2027 in Australia.
ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Ticketing & Inventory Management to lead ticketing and inventory delivery for Men's Rugby World Cup 2027 Experiences. Based in Sydney, this senior role will oversee end-to-end ticketing strategy, inventory control and systems management, ensuring seamless operations, maximised revenue and an outstanding fan experience across all events and packages.
Working closely with internal teams and key external partners, you will drive inventory optimisation, data-led forecasting and compliance across all ticketing activities. As the operational lead and key escalation point, you will oversee event-day delivery, manage risk and contingency planning, and continuously improve processes to ensure world-class execution at one of the world's largest sporting events.
