ROLE SUMMARY:
As Travel and Experience Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and delivering bespoke, end-to-end travel itineraries for Men's Rugby World Cup 2027 Experiences clients, bringing the tournament to life through exceptional travel, hospitality, and destination experiences across Australia. This role converts sales-qualified leads into tailored, high-value bookings by translating client briefs into compelling, feasible travel proposals that reflect both the excitement of the event and the spirit of the host destination.
Working closely with the Head of Travel & Tourism and Head of Revenue, the role sits at the intersection of sales, travel design, and operations, ensuring every itinerary is accurate, seamlessly coordinated, and delivered to the highest standard. You will curate premium accommodation, transport, and off-the-pitch experiences, manage supplier relationships, and maintain clear, proactive communication with clients throughout the planning journey.
With strong destination knowledge and attention to detail, this role plays a critical part in delivering unforgettable and world-class Rugby World Cup experiences.
