This is an outstanding opportunity to join the board of Precinct Properties as a Future Director.
NZX listed Precinct Properties is the largest owner, manager and developer of premium inner-city real estate in Auckland and Wellington. Whilst predominantly focussed on office spaces, Precinct also invests in multipurpose sites such as Commercial Bay retail and Precinct Flex, purpose-built student accommodation and a multi-unit residential development business. Currently developments are underway in central Auckland for two purpose-built student accommodation projects as well as the development management of residential projects in Parnell (York House and the Domain Collection).
The successful Future Director will have:
- Diversity of experience and background to the board
- Executive level experience in working with or reporting to a board
- Digital experience, use of technology and practical experience in modern workplaces and practices
- Partnership development and skills in marketing and/or identifying future opportunities
- An understanding of managing large organisations
Board meetings: Board meetings are held quarterly; you will be required to attend these meetings in person in either Auckland or Wellington. Two additional meetings are held per annum, a 3-day business planning (generally in June each year), plus an out-of-cycle December. There will be occasional ad-hoc meetings hosted via Teams.
The successful applicant will also sit on all of Precinct Properties Committees; Audit & Risk, ESG and People & Performance.
Remuneration and/or expenses covered: This role will be remunerated.
