Future Directors® is designed to nurture the next generation of leaders

Future Directors® nurtures the next generation of governance leaders by providing opportunities that offer hands-on board experience, complemented by guidance from an experienced mentor while also providing host boards with exposure to diverse talent, ideas and experiences.

Future Directors provides opportunities on a wide range of boards including NZX-listed, private companies, state sector entities and not-for-profit organisations. The IoD works with these boards to establish their Future Directors programme and tap into the talent and potential that exists within our Future Directors network.
