Now, we’re looking for motivated 1st/2nd Year Civil Construction Apprentices ready to get stuck in and make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing ♂️♀️
You’ll be part of a crew delivering civil construction projects safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Operating and maintaining plant and machinery
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Assisting with site preparation, trenching, and material handling
- Loading and unloading tools, equipment, and supplies
- Moving asphalt, soil, and construction materials
- Maintaining clean and safe work sites
- Working collaboratively with site supervisors and crew members
- Following all WHS and environmental procedures
- Troubleshooting onsite issues and supporting project delivery
- Contributing to a positive and safety-focused team culture
This role suits someone who enjoys practical work, values teamwork, and takes safety seriously.

- The Apprenticeship term is 36 months and you will complete a Certificate lll in Civil Construction through on-the-job training.
- The role is Monday to Friday with 12-hour shifts, overtime applicable after ordinary hours, and occasional weekend work as required.
