�� What You’ll Be Learning Depending on your placement, you may gain skills in:
Manufacturing: - Assembling products using hand and power tools
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Working within structured production processes
- Maintaining quality and safety standards
Warehousing & Logistics: - Receiving, picking, packing and dispatching goods
- Stock control and inventory systems
- Operating warehouse equipment (full training provided)
- Using digital systems for tracking and documentation
Across both pathways, you will:
- Work in a safe environment with full PPE provided
- Learn from experienced supervisors and mentors
- Build strong teamwork and communication skills
�� Who Should Apply? You
do not need prior experience. We’re looking for people who are:
- Practical and hands-on
- Reliable and motivated
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
You might currently work in retail, hospitality, administration, or be finishing school and unsure of your next step.
