As an Accounts Assistant your responsibilities will include…

• Managing credit control activities, including debt chasing and payment tracking
• Supporting payroll processing
• Posting and reconciling bank transactions
• Processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements
• Reviewing timesheets to support client billing and revenue capture
• Raising purchase orders and processing pro-forma invoices

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant with the following skills and experience…

• Some experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a finance team is essential
• Sage experience is preferred but not essential
• Confident and self-aware with the ability to communicate professionally
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

In return, the successful Accounts Assistant will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, plus the following benefits…
