As a Pensions Administrator, your responsibilities will include…
  

• Working closely with customers as well as Financial Advisors & the extended team
• Supporting the Advisors, booking & preparing for meetings, organising paperwork etc
• Completing & chasing letters of authority, resolving remuneration queries & admin support
• Proactively calling clients & answering incoming calls whilst working with industry providers
• Completing fact finds, attitude to risk forms & money laundering checks
• Becoming involved in & support with post-meeting admin & delivering a high-quality service

  
We’re looking for a Pensions Administrator, with the following skills and experience…
  

• At least 6 months experience in financial services with knowledge of ISAs & Pensions
• Experience with completing pre-meeting admin along with ISA top ups and pension transfers
• Confident, warm, kind, positive, motivated & proactive with a strong work ethic
• Good standard of numeracy and a flair for communication, both written & verbal
• Super strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of financial planning tools, products & Microsoft Office
• Use of Wealthcraft/Curo is desirable

In return, the successful Pensions Administrator will receive a salary of £25,000 to £30,000, plus the following benefits…
