As a Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include…

• Reviewing monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts, VAT and HMRC returns etc
• Line management responsibility for team members, including coaching and mentoring
• The import of financial records and performing full reconciliation
• The completeness of monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
• Undertaking audits of business processes and lead preparation of audit packs at year end
• Preparation of analysis of VAT returns and other HMRC submissions

We are looking for a Finance Manager with the following skills and experience…

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualified or equivalent with at least 2-year post qualification experience
• TAX/audit experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Driven, ambitious and keen to develop self and suggest improvements
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Great stakeholder management, ability to communicate with people on all levels

In return, the successful Finance Manager will receive a salary of £50,000 – £55,000, plus the following benefits…
