As a Field Service Manager, your responsibilities will include…

• Managing and planning engineers out in the field
• Review processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Attend site visits to provide support and guidance to engineers
• Acting on feedback to implement positive change for clients & the team
• Monitor operation resources to ensure customer requirements can be met
• Managing customer requests in a timely manner to meet SLAs

We’re looking for a Field Service Manager with the following skills and experience…

• Experience in managing a team of field-based engineers
• A proven track record of improving processes and efficiency
• Strong planning, organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Good communicator, both written and verbal with the ability to motivate others
• Experience in truck installations, auto electrics and H&S is beneficial
• Computer literacy & Full UK driving licence required
