Wave International is seeking a talented technical Project Manager to join our innovative team and lead the way in managing our diverse portfolio of projects. As a Project Manager at Wave, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects, ensuring seamless coordination, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the project and design teams, you will apply your significant experience in engineering to solving the problems of our clients from feasibility to commissioning.
- Lead successful project engineering teams to deliver multi-disciplinary projects on time and to budget.
- Use your ability to initiate and build relationships with both your peers and clients to foster growth and client / staff satisfaction.
- Creative problem-solving to continually finds ways to overcome challenges and obstacles.
- Well-rounded balanced in both technical ability and consulting/managerial skills.
- Self-manage and forecast workload including ability to manage multiple project scopes simultaneously.
- Develop technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in portfolio management within the engineering industry.
- Demonstrated Project/Study management ability ideally across wet plants.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
