Wave International is seeking a talented and commercially astute Project Manager to join our innovative team and lead the way in managing our diverse portfolio of projects. As a Project Manager at Wave, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects, ensuring seamless coordination, and delivering exceptional results for our clients. 

Responsibilities:  

• Collaborating with the project and design teams, you will apply your significant experience in project management to solving the problems of our clients from feasibility to commissioning.
• Lead a successful project engineering team to deliver multi-disciplinary projects on time and to budget.
• Use your ability to initiate and build relationships with both your peers and clients to foster growth and further build your project portfolio.
• Creative problem-solving to continually find ways to overcome challenges and obstacles. 
• Well-rounded balanced in both technical ability and consulting/managerial skills.
• Self-manage and forecast workload including ability to manage multiple project scopes simultaneously.
• Develop technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years in project delivery within engineering design or brownfields infrastructure.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of project governance principles and commercial awareness. 
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in hard rock mining, gold, or resources is a significant advantage.
