• Monitoring project performance across time, cost, and quality
• Managing risks, variations, and commercial outcomes
What We’re Looking For
• 4–7 years’ experience within construction project management
• Consultancy experience preferred, although contractor-side experience will also be considered
• Ability to confidently run projects and make informed decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery
• Experience using MS Project or similar programming software
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Someone who brings energy, initiative, and accountability to a team
Why This Role?

• Diverse and interesting project portfolio
• Strong exposure to clients and decision-makers
• High-performing and supportive team culture
• Genuine opportunity for career progression and professional growth
• A modern consultancy environment that values initiative and ownership
