Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for more than just another project?

We're seeking a commercially astute Project Manager who thrives on responsibility, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is motivated by the opportunity to help shape and grow a regional business.

Initially, you'll take ownership of a range of construction projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception through to completion. As the business continues to expand throughout Hamilton and the wider Waikato region, you'll progressively become involved in business development, client engagement, team growth, and strategic planning.

For the right individual, this role offers a genuine pathway into a Regional Manager / Regional Lead position.

The Opportunity

• Lead and deliver commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Waikato market
• Assist in the growth and development of the regional operation
• Mentor and support project teams as the business expands
• Contribute to strategic planning and long-term business objectives

About You

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Project Manager
• Strong understanding of project delivery, programming, procurement, and financial management
• Natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills
• Commercially minded with strong business acumen
• Motivated, ambitious, and career-driven
• Able to think strategically while remaining hands-on when required
• Passionate about contributing to the growth of a successful business
