- Drive project momentum, proactively resolving issues as they arise
- Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Monitor project performance against time, cost, and quality objectives
- Identify and manage risks, variations, and commercial implications
- Contribute to a collaborative and solutions-focused team environment
What We're Looking For - 4-7 years' experience in construction project management
- Background within a consultancy environment (preferred), or main contractor experience
- Demonstrated ability to run projects independently and make informed decisions
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycles
- Proficiency in MS Project (or similar), with a genuine understanding of programme logic (not just dates)
- Confident communicator who can build relationships and manage expectations
- Commercial awareness, with an understanding of variations, risk, and cost impacts

You'll be working in an environment that values:

- Opportunity to work across a varied and interesting project portfolio
- Direct exposure to clients and decision-making processes
- A high-performing, agile team environment
