THE ROLE
  
Are you ready to step into an exciting leadership role that combines innovation, strategy, and impactful projects? Join EPEC Group as a Project Manager and oversee the planning, execution and successful completion of complex and dynamic high voltage substation projects. Manage a pipeline of high profile renewable energy projects across the east coast of Australia ranging from $25 million - $80 million.
  
Based in vibrant South Brisbane, QLD, you'll be at the heart of a fast-paced, high-performance environment, driving initiatives from project initiation to completion.
  
In this role, your day to day will involve developing comprehensive project plans, defining scopes, and creating strategies that align with client expectations. You'll lead dedicated teams to deliver exceptional outcomes within defined timelines and budgets, ensuring every project is executed with precision and success. With a strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration, risk management and quality assurance, you'll shape projects that not only meet expectations but set new industry standards.

ABOUT YOU  

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Project Management or Construction Management with PMP certifications
• Demonstrated complex project management experience from initiation to completion in the delivery of high voltage substations and renewable projects essential
• Previous experience conducting regular project reviews to evaluate progress, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, anticipating potential obstacles and developing contingency plans
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborative and inclusive leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• Class C Driver’s License essential
• General Construction Induction White Card essential
• Full working rights within Australia
