Job Description:
Falcon IT & Staffing Solutions is seeking 1–2 highly skilled TIG welders for work in the Cleburne area. This search is focused strictly on stainless steel and aluminum TIG welding, with an emphasis on demonstrated workmanship and relevant hands-on experience.
We are looking for welders who can provide evidence of high-quality stainless steel and aluminum TIG work, explain their current welding qualifications, and demonstrate readiness for a weld test. A general mention of TIG experience should be supported by specific examples of relevant work.
  
Requirements:

• Demonstrated high-quality TIG welding experience with stainless steel and aluminum.
• Ability and willingness to work in the Cleburne, Texas area.
• Provide current welding qualification details and relevant work examples for review.
• Be prepared to discuss your experience and demonstrate relevant welding capabilities through the screening and weld-test process.

  
Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on skills in stainless steel and aluminum TIG welding.
• A stable work history demonstrating relevant welding experience.
• Ability to explain the scope of your qualifications and the materials and work you have handled.
• Readiness to provide supporting qualification documentation and examples of workmanship where available.
