Job Description:
Seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for a growing manufacturing operation in Fruitport, Michigan.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of factory production experience and a demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve performance, standardize workplace processes, and solve production challenges. Foundry experience is preferred but not required.
Key qualifications:
3+ years of factory or manufacturing production experience.
Production leadership or supervisory experience.
Demonstrated ability to improve team performance.
Continuous improvement and workplace-standardization experience.
Familiarity with KPIs, piecework scheduling, and action-based contingencies.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Foundry, casting, aluminum, metals, or machining experience preferred.
