Role: Mold Maintenance Technician
Location: Longmont, CO.
 
Job Description:
Maintain the condition, location, usage, and status of all molds and fixtures.
 
Minimum Qualifications:

• Works with minimal supervision.
• Good computer skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent manual dexterity.
• Good math skills.
• Must be able to reach and pull 100 lbs. often.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Toolroom/Machine Shop experience a plus.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.

  Mold Maintenance Technician Job Duties:

• Follow the preventative maintenance schedule for molds.
• Perform minor repairs and enhancements to molds and fixtures.
• Stage fixtures and molds for production and sampling runs.
• Document all fixture and mold repairs.
• Evaluate 'Request For Tool Repair' forms and schedule necessary work to be done.
• Oversee the mold tagging process.
• Assign and manage mold storage locations.
• Report mold and fixture status to the scheduler.
• Other duties as assigned.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
 
Mathematical Skills:
Strong Basic Math Skills (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division).
 
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
 
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Forklift Certification (Preferred).
