Looking for an experienced Installation Manager to take charge of HVACR installation projects for light commercial and residential customers across Buffalo and surrounding cities, towns, and suburbs.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the Installation Manager on the TRS team, ensuring all HVACR installation jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
• Manage a variety of HVACR installations independently.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, suppliers, and other team members.
• Identify opportunities for additional services such as indoor air quality upgrades, component replacements, or system add-ons, and refer customers to our sales team when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely job documentation and uphold TRS's standards for quality and integrity.

What You Bring:

• 8-10+ years of experience installing residential furnaces and air conditioning systems.
• Experience with boilers, generators, heat pumps, and water heaters is also required.
• Strong verbal, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
• Must own basic hand tools and refrigerant gauges.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and under variable conditions (weather, schedules, customer needs).
• Valid, clean NYS driver's license and insurability under company policy.
• EPA certification preferred (testing assistance available if not certified).
