Embark on an exciting journey as an ArcGIS Systems Administrator (TS/SCI) with our organization in the heart of Washington, D.C.

This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $145,000 and the opportunity to be a key player in supporting mission-critical geospatial systems within a secure, enterprise environment.

You will:

- Become the expert in administering, upgrading, and maintaining our ArcGIS Enterprise and Portal for ArcGIS platforms across both Production and Development environments.

- Collaborate with high-visibility stakeholders and leverage your strong system administration skills to ensure the seamless operation of our geospatial systems.

Requirements:

Design, implement, administer, and maintain enterprise GIS systems across Production and Development environments.
Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management for ArcGIS Enterprise and Portal for ArcGIS.
Support system operations across Windows and/or Linux environments.
Administer and support RDBMS platforms, including SQL query development (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar).
Develop and maintain scripts or automation using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, or similar languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience designing, implementing, administering, and maintaining enterprise GIS systems.
Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or a STEM-related field, with a master's degree being a plus.
Experience with at least one Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) and SQL query writing.
Experience with Esri software, including ArcGIS Enterprise and Portal for ArcGIS.
Working knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, etc.).
Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts.
Familiarity with enterprise authentication and identity management concepts.
Familiarity with cloud-based system operations.
A master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, GIS, or a STEM-related field is a plus.
One or more industry certifications (Esri, CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, etc.).
Experience with additional Esri tools, including: ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Notebook Server, ArcGIS Monitor, Associated APIs, and system interfaces.
