• Innovate and Create: Develop cutting-edge, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and React Native, ensuring high performance, scalability, and usability across mission-critical environments.
• Collaborate and Grow: Work within an Agile Scrum team, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives, while also mentoring and sharing your expertise with the team.
• Embrace the Challenge: Conduct research and development (R&D) activities, test platform capabilities, and engineer applications that operate effectively within platform and infrastructure constraints while maintaining enterprise-grade scalability and performance.

Requirements:

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and React Native, ensuring high performance, scalability, and usability across mission-critical environments.
• Contribute as a full-stack developer, supporting both front-end (mobile/web) and back-end components using modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by integrating emerging technologies into CBP mission applications and modernized cloud-based production systems.
• Develop rapid proofs-of-concept (POCs) and prototypes to evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and innovative solutions.
• Apply strong knowledge of design patterns, architectural best practices, and modern development methodologies to build maintainable, reusable code.

Preferred Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance (Current DHS/CBP clearance preferred).
• 4+ years of experience delivering and developing mobile software applications using Flutter and React Native.
• Full-stack development with the addition of languages outside the typical Java stack, as an example.
• Broad-based technical experience with time spent on innovation, R&D, start-up, etc.
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to collaborate and share insights with team members and stakeholders.
• Work independently as a member of a cross-functional team.
• Experience providing Research & Development with rapid prototyping and proof of concepts.
• Experience working within platform limits while building prototypes that are scalable.
• Expert in design patterns and methodologies.
• Ability to assess operational analysis.
• Experience with software & hardware integrations.
• An individual who wants to create and learn and has a methodical, scientific approach to problem-solving.
• Angular Experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Government experience and current clearance preferred.
