Requirements:

Perform machine start-ups, process verification, and daily production support.
Troubleshoot molding, material, and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
Develop, document, and maintain molding process parameters and standards.
Analyze machine performance data and cycle times to identify improvements.
Support mold qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ, PPAP as applicable) and collaborate with Quality, Tooling, and Engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Process Technician in plastic injection molding.
Strong working knowledge of scientific molding principles and mold qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ, PPAP).
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Experience in high-volume or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
Familiarity with a wide range of thermoplastic materials.
Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing experience.
