Mold Maintenance Technician | Jobs at Falcon IT and Staffing Solutions

Seeking a Mold Maintenance Technician to maintain the condition, location, usage, and status of all molds and fixtures.

Job Responsibilities:

Follow the preventative maintenance schedule for molds.
Perform minor repairs and enhancements to molds and fixtures.
Stage fixtures and molds for production and sampling runs.
Document all fixture and mold repairs.
Evaluate 'Request For Tool Repair' forms and schedule necessary work to be done.
Oversee the mold tagging process.
Assign and manage mold storage locations.
Report mold and fixture status to the scheduler.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Works with minimal supervision.
Good computer skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent manual dexterity.
Good math skills.
Must be able to reach and pull 100 lbs. often.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Toolroom/Machine Shop experience is a plus.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Bilingual a plus.
Language Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Mathematical Skills: Strong Basic Math Skills (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division).
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Forklift Certification (Preferred).
