This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $125,000, providing you with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the Information Technology sector.

Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution as a versatile Business Analyst and Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer.
Leverage your expertise in automated testing to validate software functionality, efficiency, and performance.
Contribute to the success of our organization by driving program deliverables and supporting our operations and help desk teams.

Requirements:

Document requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs.
Create test cases and a requirements traceability matrix to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
Design, develop, and execute automated scripts using frameworks or tools like Selenium, JMeter, or TestRigor.
Provide backup support for operations and the help desk, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to the team.
Contribute to Section 508 compliance considerations during requirements definition and validation testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant specialized experience, including working with stakeholders, business users, and technical subject matter experts.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in documenting requirements in user story format.
Experience creating requirements traceability matrices.
Skilled in writing test cases based on user stories.
Skilled in executing test cases and documenting results.
Experience developing and executing automated test scripts using automation frameworks or tools (Selenium, JMeter, TestRigor, or similar).
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Experience in tools including Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with ServiceNow preferred.
Background in emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud services).
Experience with manual Section 508 testing and tools (i.e., JAWS).
Clearance: U.S. Citizen; Active DHS clearance or Top Secret Clearance.
