Seeking a talented Technical Program Manager to lead our Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA) account in Springfield, Virginia.
 
This is a permanent, remote role with work at our TSA client site 2-3 days per week, offering a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $210,000.
 
As our Technical Program Manager, you will be a highly motivated technical leader with previous digital transformation experience delivering, managing, and selling innovative digital services.
 
You will be responsible for driving high-quality technical delivery across multiple task orders, providing customer relationship management, assisting with capture and sales efforts, and developing and executing an account growth strategy.

• Utilize your deep customer relationships and delivery experience within the DHS market to shape winning proposals and drive business development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with system and application design, agile application/software development in a DevSecOps model for custom and low-code/no-code and SaaS/Paas implementations.
• Expertise in Intelligent Automation, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior managers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Knowledge of government IT contracting, acquisition trends, and federal customer buying behaviors to shape proposal criteria.
• Proven track record in leading proposal activities, including color reviews, developing win themes, identifying discriminators, and articulating value propositions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret or DHS clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years' experience with the management of Salesforce and/or SharePoint and Microsoft 365 implementations.
• Highly developed oral and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical and business concepts to various audiences, including senior executives and leadership.
• Deep customer relationships and delivery experience within the DHS market.
• Experience with all aspects of capture management, including developing and submitting winning proposals.
• Experience managing a cross-functional team of technical consultants, establishing management structure and control.
• Experience in recruiting and hiring exceptional talent.
• Proven full life cycle business development and capture experience in the IT domain.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, outstanding business ethics, rigorous management, in-depth customer knowledge, a superior understanding of DHS industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Ability to handle complex customer situations and interact with personnel at all levels to provide a quick, effective resolution.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred.
• Salesforce Certification(s) preferred.
• Microsoft Certification(s) preferred.
