Role: Senior Full Stack Developer.
Location: 100% Remote (US Citizenship required).
  
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with deep hands-on expertise in Python development, large language models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
  
The ideal candidate thrives in a technical, fast-paced environment, spending 80%+ of their time coding while contributing to the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-powered applications.
  
⚠️ Important Note: 
There are many branches of AI, and the one called for in this role is Data Science and Data Analytics. Candidates focused only on RAG or GenAI without a strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics will not meet the role’s expectations. This is not an LLM-only prompt-engineering position.
  
Responsibilities:

• Design and build full-stack applications with a focus on GenAI and NLP integrations.
• Implement scalable back-end services and APIs using Python and modern frameworks.
• Develop and deploy LLM-based architectures, including RAG pipelines.
• Integrate vector databases, chunking strategies, and semantic search components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ML engineers, data scientists, product) to prototype and productionize AI features.
• Manage the full lifecycle, from development to deployment, in cloud-native environments.
• Maintain secure, high-performance systems with CI/CD, containerization, and experiment tracking.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Python.
• 5+ years in machine learning, AI, or NLP.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG systems in production or research.

Technical Skills:
Programming & Frameworks

• Expert-level Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• LangChain, HuggingFace Transformers, spaCy.
• Backend development with Flask, FastAPI, or Node.js
• Frontend experience with React.js or similar preferred.

AI/ML & LLM Expertise

• Deep understanding of transformer models and their deployment (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral, Falcon).
• Proven experience building RAG systems: vector DB integration (Pinecone, ChromaDB), chunking, embedding strategies (OpenAI, Cohere), and query rewriting.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and instruction tuning.
• Must demonstrate fluency in data science fundamentals, including algorithm development, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Text Data Engineering

• Strong background in NLP preprocessing: normalization, tokenization, NER, stemming/lemmatization, and multilingual handling.
• Capable of handling large volumes of noisy and unstructured text data.

Deployment & DevOps

• Cloud-native experience: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD workflows.
• Experiment tracking (MLflow, Weights & Biases), model versioning, and monitoring.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts clearly.
