Job Description:
Become a mission-critical Somali Language Analyst at our cutting-edge facility in Ft. Meade, MD.

As a Somali Language Analyst, you'll play a vital role in processing voice and graphic language materials to support our SIGINT operations.

This is a 100% onsite position that requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.

Responsibilities:

• Recover essential elements of information from complex and sophisticated written and spoken Somali language materials.
• Render accurate translations and transcripts to support our critical intelligence operations.
• Gist straightforward, factual Somali language content with speed and precision.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in the Somali language, with the ability to understand nuance and context.
• Proven track record of providing high-quality translations and transcripts under tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and extract key information.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work products.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Somali language analyst or translator.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, or the ability to obtain one.
