Role: Training Specialists.
Location: Remote (75% travel).

Job Description: Embark on an exciting journey as a Training Specialist with our dynamic organization.

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind empowering our clients with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive. As a Training Specialist, you'll spend the first 90 days immersed in comprehensive training, ensuring you're equipped to hit the ground running.
(Training will be remote with an all-expense-paid training for 1 week in North Palm Beach, Florida).

Once that foundation is laid, you'll take to the road, traveling to client sites and delivering transformative training experiences.

With 75% travel, this position is perfect for the road warrior at heart, eager to make a lasting impact across the healthcare industry.

Requirements:

• Possess a clinical background, with a focus on OR/Surgery experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation, with a preference for Cerner or Epic experience.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to client satisfaction, with the ability to identify and resolve workflow challenges.
• Showcase excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and overcoming barriers to progress.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both in active listening and clear, concise presentations.
• Skilled in client process and training activities with 100% client focus and strong commitment to following up on client issues until resolution.
• Ability to identify the importance or impact of issues and situations occurring within a client’s workflow process and take appropriate actions to suggest or introduce alternative processes or resolutions (i.e., workflow process consulting).
• Ability to effectively organize time while identifying barriers to progress, proposing solutions, and setting priorities.
• Excellent listening skills and clear and concise presentation skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on implementation experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Adaptability and a quick learner, with the ability to master new software as needed.
