Role: Business Analyst.
Location: Huntsville, AL (onsite).
 
Job Description:
Looking for a Business Analyst to provide advisory & assistance services (A&AS) to support a major defense program, focusing on existing Department of Defense (DoD) processes, including travel, task tracking, and training coordination across a distributed acquisition program office for the US Space Force. 
 
The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is capable of initiating communications across offices and ranks, tracking program details, and consistently executing DoD and Air Force processes.
 
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Air Force and/or Space Force acquisition programs. 
 
Key responsibilities include: 

• Manage, track, and audit program data in Air Force Records Management and Defense Travel System. 
• Maintain program tracker for program correspondence, actions, and RFIs.
• Support administrative staff, including training, providing feedback, and coordinating across staff with varying skills and experiences to ensure the delivery of products.
• Coordinate and facilitate communications across a geographically diverse team. 

• Bachelor's Degree. 

• At least 3 years of providing relevant services to the DoD office.
• Prefer recent experience supporting USAF or USSF program offices.
• Experienced with the Air Force records management system.
• Experienced with Defense Travel System.
• Demonstrated ability to provide clear and accurate information to clients, external stakeholders, and contract staff.

• Active TS/SCI.
