Seeking an experienced and strategic Materials Management Organization Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for sourcing, procuring, and managing the physical resources and services needed to support a growing manufacturing business.

• Leverage Data-Driven Insights to Mitigate Risks and Maintain Optimal Inventory Levels.

• Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal procurement terms to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and on-time delivery of components.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation and support for make/buy decisions.
• Manage receiving, inventory, and kitting operations to eliminate production parts shortages and issuing errors.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory counts in the ERP system and provide accurate reporting to the accounting department.

• Proven working experience as a purchasing manager, agent, or officer with a strong track record of success.
• Familiarity with sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent data analysis and decision-making skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decisions.
