Role: Construction Project Manager.
Location: Flagstaff, AZ (100% onsite).
 
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager for a leading developer and contractor specializing in high-quality multifamily residential projects.
 
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in multifamily home construction and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from pre-construction to completion.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multifamily construction projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Oversee project scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures and ensure that the site complies with all health and safety laws and regulations.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including on-site superintendents and subcontractors.
• Track project performance and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and other project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, delays, and challenges.
• Manage and control project budgets, including cost tracking, change orders, and potential claims.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and prepare reports on project performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in managing multifamily home construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and local building codes.
• Proven experience in managing budgets and timelines, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team and clients.
• Proficient in construction project management software.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and make decisions under pressure.
