We seek a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and help drive the agency’s continued success.
Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will act as the CEO's right hand, ensuring seamless daily operations, managing communication, coordinating schedules, and handling confidential matters with discretion.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has experience supporting executives in marketing, media, or creative industries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed for internal and client-facing meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate events, board meetings, and company activities.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
- Support project management by tracking deliverables and deadlines.
- Draft correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, ordering supplies, and maintaining office systems.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
