Job Description:
Leading manufacturer of high-tech industrial equipment is seeking a driven and visionary Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead our dynamic production team.

In this permanent role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, from production planning to quality control, ensuring our state-of-the-art products meet the highest standards and exceed our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control programs.
• Adopt cutting-edge process designs, technologies, and methods to maximize operational efficiency.
• Plan and forecast resources to ensure sufficient manufacturing capacity to support Resodyn's business goals.
• Lead change management initiatives and provide strong, visionary leadership to your teams.
• Ensure a strong cross-training and skills development program is in place for both production and support functions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited), with a Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing and warehouse supervisory/management experience in a high-tech environment.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• US Citizenship is required.
