In this permanent role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the user experience for the Department of Education (State Level).
With a 5-year contract, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating intuitive, human-centered digital solutions that make a real impact.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with various stakeholders to define and document business processes.
• Proficiency in conducting user research and creating guides, personas, journey maps, interview guides, and mind maps.
• Expertise in using front-end technologies to create intuitive, human-centered mockups, prototypes, and iterative application flows.
• Ability to collaborate with developers to implement views.
• Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, MVC, JavaScript, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD.

• Green Card or US Citizenship.
• Experience with Angular or React.
• Passion for creating user-centric digital experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction.
