Job Description:
We are seeking a Windows Engineer (Administrator skills are acceptable; training will be provided) with substantial experience in containerization and AI to support a critical mission in Fort Meade, MD.
While deep network engineering expertise is unnecessary, candidates should possess a solid foundation in Windows administration and a strong willingness to learn. Training is offered for the right candidates, making this a fantastic opportunity to expand your skill set in a high-demand environment.
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Windows-based systems in a secure environment.
Deploy and manage containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
Support AI-related workloads, optimizing system performance and reliability.
Work closely with network engineers and other IT staff to ensure system security and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve Windows systems, containerization, and software deployment issues.
Participate in training and upskilling initiatives to expand your technical expertise.
Qualifications:
Windows Administration experience (Windows Server, Active Directory, etc.).
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
Exposure to AI, machine learning frameworks, or related tools.
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance (if not already active).
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Security best practices and compliance (DISA STIGs, RMF, etc.).
Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.).
